Order Placement: After placing an order, the nursery needs to check if the required rootstock and bud material are available.

To proceed with the order: The client will need to fill in an order form and send it to orders@roselandiakwekery.co.za  which is the email address provided by the nursery.

Availability Confirmation: Once the nursery confirms the availability of planting materials, they will issue them for the order.

Rootstock Preparation: The rootstock is stored in optimal conditions for a specific period to prepare it for planting. The duration depends on the rootstock's requirements and ideal planting conditions.

Weather Conditions: Favorable weather conditions are important for the healthy development of the rootstock. Different varieties may have varying maturity periods, and some may take longer to mature.

Tree Size: Late orders may result in the delivery of smaller trees. The advantage is that a bag tree can be planted at a later stage compared to open-rooted trees.

Order Process: Once the variety is chosen, the nursery will confirm the availability of all plant materials and request the client to fill out an order form. The form is then sent to the nursery via the provided email address.

Progress Updates: During the tree's growth in the nursery, the nursery will keep the client updated with photos of the progress.

Planting Timeframe: A sufficient amount of time will be given to the client for the trees to be ready for planting. Ideally, the nursery would be available on the day of planting for guidance.

Support and Advice: The nursery will be available for advice or visits, ensuring that the planting stage is conducted properly for the best results.
